3-Items on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please carefully review the size chart for on-sale products.
Opening video is mandatory for any damaged or incorrect product: -
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send it back to us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send you a replacement. Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, and the return and exchange policy for such products is clearly stated on the product page. Please be aware that there is no exchange or return allowed for Sarees, Accessories, Home Decor, and Jewellery categories. Refund/ Return Policy: -
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or accept returns on any product once it is sold. Refund only be issued when the product is Not Available within the specified timeframe.
Size Exchange: -
If you wish to exchange your Family collection piece for a bigger or smaller size, you may do so, subject to the following conditions. Please note that this applies to products that are not from the sale section and are eligible for size exchange. Customer need to mentioned required size on mainline. contact@khushifabric.com
Exchange Request: -
To request an exchange, kindly email us at contact@khushifabric.com within 2 working days or 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Acknowledgment and Shipping: -
Once your exchange request is acknowledged by the Khushi Creation team, our reverse pick up team will pick up the courier from you.
Credit Note: -
If the desired size of the product is not available in stock, we will issue you a credit note that can be used for future purchases.
Return Shipping Cost: -
The exchange shipping cost will be borne by Khushi Creation. We hope this policy provides clarity, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any queries or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our customer support team on Mail or WhatsApp.
Eligible Products: -
Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
One Exchange per Order: -
Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.
Size Exchange: -
You can request a size exchange, which means you can get a bigger or smaller size equivalent to the value of the exchanged product (excluding shipping / COD costs).
Store Credit: -
If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit equal to the value of the exchanged product (excluding shipping / COD costs). The store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
Shipping Costs: -
The cost of shipping the product back to us and the shipping for the exchanged product (including reverse pickup, if applicable) is to be borne by Family collection. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD): -
Orders, you have the option to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please give us a call at +91 9799386008 or contact@khushifabric.com Please note that the customer agrees not to challenge Family collection’s decision regarding the cancellation and accepts their final decision."
How will I receive the credit if the size I want for the exchange is not available?
You will receive a credit note via email, which you can use on the Family collection website within the next 30 days. Please remember to use the credit all at once when making your purchase."
Can I exchange some items from my order?
Yes, you can exchange any eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. However, please be aware that there are certain items that cannot be returned or exchanged."
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the garment doesn't fit you, don't worry! You can get a new size by requesting a size exchange from our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We'll do our best to assist you with the exchange or alterations, if possible, if the size you want is not available, we can provide you with a credit note so you can choose something else you like. Just reach out to us, and we'll be happy to help!
Why is my exchange not accepted?
We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience on our website and maintain the highest quality standards for our products. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns if the customer doesn't like the material or color of the dress. We encourage customers to read the product description and view all the pictures before placing an order. If you need more details about the product, you can also call us for assistance. Since our products are handmade and undergo various processes, there may be slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance. The color you see on our website depend on your monitor's accuracy, and some subtle variations should be expected. Due to the screen resolution of your device and lighting conditions during photography, there may be a 10-12% color difference. Therefore, we don't offer exchanges or returns for such variations. We have made every effort to display the color of our products accurately, but please be aware that computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may display color slightly differently. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product has been washed or worn. Please be informed that purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. Additionally, all products bought on sale, at a discounted price, or using a coupon or gift voucher cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
